We are growing and currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and work on the most prestigious and challenging projects in the industry. An Estimator who will lead us into our next phase of growth. We are seeking an individual who has the love of the craft combined with the technical knowledge. As Estimator your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

  • Coordinating scope of work for each project.
  • Reviewing project plans, specifications and pricing.
  • Preparing budget and general conditions estimates for entire project.
  • Attending project site pre-bid meetings and site tours.
  • Work with Project Management to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project and establish a project strategy.
  • Building effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support Parenti & Raffaelli’s core values.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • The ability to use estimating software, MS Office, bid management, online plan rooms and database applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of architectural woodwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree

We are growing and currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and work on the most prestigious projects in the industry. A Project Manager who has the love of the craft combined with the technical knowledge and experience to lead challenging and rewarding projects. As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Planning and monitoring projects to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
  • Deliver project on time and within budget.
  • Act as the communicator between our woodwork shop, the general contractor, the architect, the developer, and the end user on projects to ensure successful projects.
  • Production review of work in process to insure compliance.
  • Responsible for creating weekly schedules with information derived from production schedule and engineering outline schedule.
  • Complete financial responsibility for the projects and or work orders assigned.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Solid understanding of architectural production procedures as they apply to construction techniques.
  • Construction costs/scheduling, time management, and internal budgeting.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Parenti & Raffaelli is a nationally acclaimed architectural woodworking company. Our services include monumental custom woodwork for corporate, institutional, retail, restaurant and residential clients.

We are growing and currently seeking an experienced carpenters to join our team and work on the most prestigious and challenging projects in the industry. As a carpenter your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Follow instruction and learn architectural woodworking and cabinetry (all aspects).
  • Operate all equipment as directed, but not before being instructed by a team leader.
  • Learn advanced woodworking techniques and stay informed on related technology
  • Be familiar with plastic, glass, hardware applications and metal work.
  • Be proficient in architectural millwork installation

 Requirements

  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient at reading and working from blueprints accurately
  • Join the local union.

Internship & Apprenticeship Program

The Parenti & Raffaelli apprenticeship program is designed to guide a newly hired employee with limited woodworking experience through all aspects of architectural woodworking including hand-tool use, machine operations, time management and all shop safety requirements. The comprehensive program provides all the necessary personal attention and shop-taught skills modules to become an accomplished woodworker.
 
The Parenti & Raffaelli internship program is a summer program for those interested in pursuing a career in architectural woodworking. Internship programs are paid positions. Interns will have the opportunity to explore all aspects of architectural woodworking from drafting, project management, and varying shop roles.
